Now since it cost nothing to be kind, knowing that something as simple as a Hug and some polite words may save another life. Well that's a no brainer to me. To never let someone suffer alone. Now I'm not a particularly religious person but I am named after a Saint... Well my middle name. I'm working on the St. Ryan thing as we speak... Anyway, St. Francis was the man, always curious why this Saint?  As I came to understand what good ole Frank was about, I began to feel connected to something greater then myself. Where there is hatred, let me love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope.
